Chris Mee is now the CEO of Chris Mee – EHS International. He left his previous company and founded EHS International in September 2023. However, his journey really began in 1997 with a clear vision of providing a single source company for the EHS sector. He established the original Chris Mee organisation in 1997.
Chris set up Ferndale Fire in early 2023 to develop innovative fire fighting technologies directed at such challenges as Lithium-Ion battery and EV fires. In late August 2023 Chris invested in three companies. These included Foley Safety Solutions (FSS) based in Cork; Carbon TRACC based in London and one other based in the UK. These companies specialised in numerous EHS services including but not limited to fire and rescue services and climate change solutions.
In early October 2023 Chris amalgamated these four companies with his investment company Ferndale Lane Investments to form the new EHS International. He intends to add substantially to his portfolio by the end of 2025. This will be done under the new Chris Mee umbrella – EHS International. Chris has earned a reputation for being a leading provider in the safety and EHS sectors. His unique blend of expertise in safety, engineering, and business management positions Chris Mee and the EHS International team very well for continued success over the next number of years.
