Aware

Aware offers free services for individuals affected by anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and similar mood conditions. They also support friends and family members of those impacted. Their helpline is available daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Freephone: 1800 80 48 48.

Helplink Support Services

This non-profit organization offers online and face-to-face counselling and conflict resolution services. Helplink provides access to Garda-vetted, qualified counsellors every day of the week. MyMind

MyMind delivers multilingual psychotherapy and counselling services, both in-person and online. Clients can self-refer and book an appointment within 72 hours. Fees are based on employment status to ensure affordability. Call 0818 500 800 for more details.
