The Food Hub at EHS International was founded by Chris Mee and is operated by Denise O’ Callaghan, M.A. Chris Mee has provided training for over 25 years and Denise O’ Callaghan has operated food businesses for 20 years. EHS International Food Hub is a centre of excellence for food businesses offering a full suite of services necessary for the smooth running of food businesses and the compliance with FSAI legislative requirements.

The Food Hub offers the following services: Food Safety Training, Food Safety Auditing, Food Safety Legal & Regulatory Advice Hub.

Food Safety Training  (Classroom Based)

The Food Safety Training Division offers food training courses of all levels, both in a class room setting and online. Our training ranges from HACCP training for staff that are new to the food sector to the design of food safety management systems.

Food Safety Auditing & Consultancy Services

Our Food Safety Auditing Division offers auditing and consultancy services to provide hands-on, bespoke advice. We implement, review and revise Food Safety System to ensure that you have the necessary processes in place for your external and internal audits. We also provide consultancy services extending to hygiene assured and HACCP plan design/updates

Through our Legal and Regulatory Advice Hub, we work with you to ensure you are meeting your legal obligations. If you are a start-up business or long established business, we can review your system to ensure you are adhere to the current legislative requirements. We can also ensure products are correctly labelled with allergen declarations, health claims and nutritional information.
