Your journey begins with an induction programme designed to integrate you into the EHS International family. You'll:

The Programme: 

• Mentorship: From day one, you will be paired with a senior member of our consultancy team who will mentor you throughout the programme. Your mentor will help you navigate various client-facing scenarios, both virtually and on-site, ensuring you gain both technical knowledge and business acumen. 
• Project Rotation: Experience a variety of projects, work with diverse colleagues, and specialize in multiple areas to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. You'll gain practical skills in surveys, audits, assessments, report writing, and more. 
• Training Courses: As part of your learning and development, you will have opportunities to participate in a wide range of training courses offered through the EHS International Training division. Previous graduates have completed courses including IOSH Managing Safely in Construction, NEBOSH General Certificate, Manual Handling Instructor, Training Delivery and Evaluation (Train the Trainer), and more. 
• Continuous Feedback: Your performance will be closely monitored through regular reviews, feedback sessions, and one-on-one meetings. This ensures you are continuously developing and focusing on areas of interest.
