These courses help organisations improve their approach to managing mental health at work and responding appropriately to mental health concerns in the workplace.

Louise was with us recently in VOYA head office for a mental health first aid learning session, we gained some valuable insights into mental well -being and how this impacts productivity, colleagues and how to manage your own and others mental health, it was a great collaborate day and we look forward to having Louise back in August . I have some great tips now of how to bring some changes to our organisation to support mental health.

Katherine Durcan, HR Business Manager , VOYA Organic Beauty

I recently had the pleasure of attending a two day course on “Wellness in the Workplace” facilitated by Louise, who possesses a unique blend of knowledge, skills and passion for promoting wellness in the workplace. Throughout the course, Louise demonstrated a remarkable ability to engage with participants through an interactive learning style, coupled with practical insights and real-life examples. Thank you Louise.

Mary-Sue McMullan, Head of HR and Quality Management , Sheehy Motor Group

Louise was very easy to listen to. Her tone and presentation style were approachable and relatable. Louise’s talk was the best work function that I have attended in 30 years. I was engaged from start to finish, I usually lose concentration during talks/seminars, but I found Louise’s explanation on how to identify stress etc. very interesting. I went home in a better mood from attending this talk. It has really opened my eyes in relation to mental health, tips that Louise has shard will help me in the future.
